Christie Simmons
Christie sings, plays whistles, flute and guitar. She is a rare thing among the members of this band: a native Calgarian. Christie is also a former highland piper which she took up ostensibly to offset her sister's interest in opera. Her influences and interests include Bluegrass and roots music as well as Celtic and she has been working hard at writing her own songs.
Christie plays a Santa Cruz Guitar and uses D'Addario Strings.
